Do you, or does someone you love, smoke? According to a recent study by the American Cancer Society, 190,500 of the cancer deaths in the U.S. this year will be caused by smoking. And that's to say nothing of the deaths from bronchitis, emphysema, and heart disease. But it is possible to diminish cigarette cravings and reclaim your power.
