Cooking a whole chicken two ways! Dutch oven: preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in breast side down, cover with 4 cups of water, salt well, add in seasoning of choice. I used 1/4 of Azure Standards veggie dip mix. Cover with a lid and cook around 2-2.5 hours. Remove and shred, strain meat stock into a jar and let cool, place in fridge and use as needed. This is great for gut health. You can use the bones to make bone broth, just place into a crock pot and cover with water, and a splash of app
