2 options to escape a front headlock or body lock. We recently discussed different ways to take someone down off of a front headlock, so it only makes sense to show a couple options for how to escape. Part of training is learning what options your “attacker” or “opponent” may have so that you can make adjustments on the fly as you see fit. You can easily put this into a drill where one partner works one of the takedowns while the other partner looks to escape right away. Go train. Stay safe 🤙🏻
